Two premium movie channels in my zip/post code are reversed in that the entire listings for the two channels are swapped. Channel 603 is showing the channel and listings that channel 604 should be, and visa versa. These are the only two, wrong channels. Is there something we can do from our end (Series 2 with Lifetime), or do we need to file a complaint with Tivo and wait that process out.
I looked for a way to reassign the channels but couldn't find one.
Channels and guide listings swapped...fix?
