Help please

My Roamio Pro started to malfunction last night. At first, the minis said they could no longer connect. I went to the roamio and tried a reboot. It started to show the welcome screen and then rebooted again. It is stuck in this cycle.

I spoke with Tivo chat and they think it needs to be serviced. I have the warranty with Best Buy, but that is a two week process on average.

I thought about buying a new one, but Tivo said they can't transfer the service unless there is a promotion. (The...
