History showing recordings no one made

so I have always had suggestions turned off. While scanning the history I am showing a bunch of odd recordings over the last two days in there no one in my family would record. The history says someone canceled the one pass or the recording There's is nothing in my recently deleted programs matching these so I don't believe they actually recorded. But not sure why they show in the history
