How to xfer from tivo desktop to roamio

Just upgraded my drive in my Roamio to 3tb how can I transfer the files that I transfered from my tivo to my PC back to the tivo . Using desktop plus 2.8.2. I see no options for that in the program. gotta free up that space on my pc
