Is it safe and legal to sell my roamio

I have two Roamios I no lo her need. First is an OTA that I never registered. I powered it up to see what service I could get without registering got ( just a box that can tu e OTA and pause, but no guideetc)

We one is a basic that I use as OTA that I pay monthly on.

I want to sell both of these, but not sure it is within the TiVo rules. Also is there's wasyto deletemyinfo from the Tivo, and do index to notify TiVo?
