kmttg disk space feature

I'm using kmttg v2.2n to estimate available disk space on various Tivo's in my house. Although my Tivo HD with 250gb drive shows 47gb free (if i've set up kmttg properly), the HD is not allowing me to transfer any more material to it, saying "i'm full".
Any thoughts on where the desprepency lies?
