My Roamio is Lying to Me! - Says It Is Unable to Tune Channel

Weird... My TiVo Roamio is displaying a floating message across my screen that says "The TiVo box is unable to tune the channel." I am using my TiVo Mini.

The problem is that it is displaying this over my perfectly fine live television broadcast!!! Is this a known problem? I can't seem to get rid of it.

I haven't tried power cycling the mini yet...I am going to do that now... But it's a weird problem and was wondering if it's a known issue.
