New To TiVo Bolt

I've had a Series 2 and a Series 3 HD boxes for almost 10 years. Made the switch to a TiVo Bolt during the $99 upgrade offer on my Series 2.

Was wondering if the community could answer a couple quick questions for me.

• Can I eliminate the "TV Advertising Bar" on top of the TiVo Home Screen? Where all the suggestions are?

• I started getting some Russian TV Advertisement in my Status Bar when pausing or playing shows. Can that be eliminated?
