Original Premiere....OK *this* is weird

So, knowing that I was going to be busy, I recorded a show at 1PM today.

Before the recording, the drive was 94% full. Afterwards, at 2PM, it was 97% full. I verified that the program was successfully recorded. I then set it to "Keep until I delete". Green dot appears. All is well.

I then had to run some errands. No one else was home. Nothing else was set to record. There are no passes set up. Suggestions are off.

When I got home and decided to watch it, it was not there. The only entry...
