Picture Pixelation

Seems like most channels I watch have an issue in which the picture pixelates/breaks up momentarily every few minutes. Does anyone else notice this? I have Comcast. It happens more frequently since early this month after Comcast converted the rest of their HD lineup to the overcompressed 720p MPEG-4 crap.

I had the same issue around the Oct to Feb timeframe. I think it then gone for couple months or so before coming back again, but it's worse now.
