Premiere tuning over 750 Mhz with SDV

I've started having problems getting V52 errors tuning cable channels when the tuning adapter assigns them SDV slots in frequencies above 750 Mhz or so. I tested 45 channels, using the tuning diagnostic page to see the frequency. All channels assigned frequencies above 750 (753, 759,771) were unable to get any kind of signal lock and all those below tuned successfully. I jockeyed the channels with 'live TV' to test both tuners.

I want to confirm that Premieres have no problem tuning that...
