Reporting lineup issues - no confirmation, no action

I used to get an email confirmation whenever I reported lineup issues through Report a Lineup Issue, and the problem would get fixed within 7-10 days. But I submitted an issue several weeks ago (on one channel in the wrong time zone) that still hasn't been fixed. I realized I'd never received an email confirmation, so I reported the issue again and several other problems using multiple submissions. Didn't get confirmation emails for any of them.
