Slow download on mobile

I'm curious why it takes nearly the same amount of time to download a show to my mobile device as it is the length of the program time.

I have 25 MB upload speeds from home and 150 MB download where I'm currently downloading.

If I calculated the throughput correctly, it should take roughly 80 seconds to download the file yes it takes 1 hour and 44 minutes. On top of that the app must be in the foreground.

Horrible user experience and maybe a single reason I don't renew my membership....
