Sound on one channel is sometimes missing

Velocity Channel. Never had a single problem on another channel. I have noticed many but not all recordingson this channel will be missing sound. It's not my receiver because sound on tv speakers is also missing thus the TiVo is not recording it.

After some experimenting, I found that tuning the channel and getting no sound I can toggle back and forth to another channel and few times and it will finally get sound.
