What an amazing episode. I love how this show turns on a dime. But that was brilliantly done.
That image of Nora with the water coming from her eyes. Stunning.

I'm trying to figure out the logic of the question - twins - one of them grown up to cure cancer but you have to nod to and kill the other one... Of course you would cure cancer right?

I never would have gotten into the box...
