TiVo Bolt+ V52 no signal issue

I purchased TiVo Bolt+ on 3/30/17, using the “transfer lifetime service” offer. New box arrived on 4/5/17.

Used cablecard from my old series 3 box, connected to same cable input and called Comcast to pair. They said they received information that pairing was done,

but I got a no channel black screen with “No Signal” V52 error. I get absolutely no channels. Conditional Access screen reading: Con: No, Val: ? 0x00.

They instructed me to go to Comcast store and get another cablecard. Retried...
