Tivo Bolt V52 on all channels

It has been paired with Xfinity and all the of the cablecard menus have the right things. Xfinity has been out multiple times and everything looks OK to them but they can't figure it out. Meanwhile my Roamio still works fine on the same setup.

Seems like I have a bad bolt (I bought it second hand) and so am I just out of luck?
