TiVo Online - can't play from My Shows list

Clicking on the green arrow "Watch now" icon from the "My Shows" list does nothing. It just shows a blue rectangle around the show as if I've selected it.

The only way I can get a show to play is from the main "What to Watch" page by hovering over it and clicking the green arrow icon there. But not every show gives me the green arrow icon when I hover over it for some reason:

I'm using the latest Chrome, Version 57.0.2987.98...
