Tvio Mini Cannot find Tivo DVR

Hi... I have Tivo Roamio Pro and 2 Minis. The new mini is all hooked up and going thru guided set up until:
"Tivo DVR Not Found". I remembered I have to register this mini and when I went to do this, it said it was already registered... SO what could this be? Senior Lady here so sorry if this has been answered before, but cannot search properly for answer. Thank you.
