Unable to delete show after it says someone deleted it

I have a Roamio Pro. I had deleted a program that I had watched and then restored to look at a scene again. After watching the scene I attempted to delete the show and it said someone in household already deleted it. It is still in my shows. I tried playing it to end to delete it that way with no luck. I also tried to deleting it online and it won't continue with request. I tried to delete another program online with success. Any suggestions.
