Will TIVO ever get a Sling TV app

I am becoming very disappointed in TIVO's streaming capabilities. Most of the Opera channels are useless compared to whats out there and even though TIVO has a Plex app more than half of the available channels there do not function on TIVO even though they work just fine on my PC.
