kmttg recordings transfer to play at the end

I have some weird stuff going on with my pulls from my Roamio after I pull them from a new PC i have running kmttg (just set up a new PC to run kmttg), when I go to play them on the Roamio, the show starts at end and the Tivo ask's if I want to delete it as if I have already watched it.



I found that if I hit the rewind button. I can back all the way up the beginning and play the recording.



This is something new to me, any ideas of what might be going on?
