Weird issue with my Premiere

I have a premiere and it is doing a weird thing. If I am watching tv and want to see what is in My Show list to maybe watch something I recorded, I hit the tv guy up top and I get a black screen with the small shot in the right corner showing what is playnig now.



Maybe I am hitting the wrong button - I am not sure - I will then go back the main screen and try again. Sometimes that works and sometimes I have to go to the guide and then try again. It may take a couple hits before it works.
