Complete Power Supply Failure

Hi, I have a Tivo HD that worked perfectly till a power outage yesterday. There were three times in about fifteen minutes the power failed in my home. At this point I switched off the breaker to my family room but this was apparently too late, now with the power on there is nothing from the Tivo. No lights, no harddrive activity, and no fan. I pulled the cover and checked for voltage on the back of the motherboard connector from the power supply and found zero voltage on any of the wires. Ground was good. I see a lot of failure stories about capacitors but the symptoms are usual boot loops not complete failure.



My question is this still possibly just capacitors or am I looking for a complete new power supply?
