Do PS streams have less issues than TS do on Tivo Premiere

Hello I recently upgraded to a tivo premiere elite from a tivo HD and I've noticed that there appears to be more issues with the transferred recordings to my PC that are not visible if I play back the recording on the tivo itself. So I was wondering if the TS streams on the premieres tend to have more playback issues than the PS streams as I have read this one post by an individual that said this

. Now granted I have researched both streams and know that TS is more resilient to stream glitches than PS is, but I was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with TS and PS streams from their premieres?
