Yesterday I finally installed my CM 3018 antenna and I need to choose a splitter that will allow for MoCA in the future. I don't know the difference between Balanced / Unbalanced, 7.5Ohm / 3.5Ohm. Now I'm not even sure I've bought the right RG6 Coax.

TIVO is still in the box by the way, I have to make certain this antenna pulls in all the channels it can WELL before I cut the cord. (married) if you know what I mean!
So far I've attached the antenna to the tv and programmed it, it pulls in 40 OTA channels which is good. but I need to split this to other TV's in the house and make it MoCA capable at the same time.
