Is there any way to find out why I got a Green Screen

My wife came home to the Green screen on our 2 1/2 month old Roamio Pro. She waited the 3 hours, and then contacted support which of course asked her to power cycle ( I am out of town )



Is there any way to figure out why this happened? Tito said they can't remote into their boxes.
