Moca Network question

I currently have 1 TiVo HD connected to my home network via ethernet (hard wired), and a Tivo Series 2 connected wirelessly. I'm planning on adding a Roamio Pro. If I set it up on a Moca through the coax, is that setting up a completely different network where my HD and Series 2 would not be able to talk to it and transfer shows between them? Or will both networks talk to each other?
