mysterious show deletions continue..

The last time this happened to me I was transfering a show from my PC to Tivo and lost a ton of shows on my Tivo even though Tivo hardrive capacity wasn't reached. When that happened I went into History/deleted shows in tivo settings and I was at least able to see the deleted shows so I could try to reschedule them later. A few hours later and the deleted shows mysteriously vanish from the deleted shows list. Today I notice I'm again missing a bunch of shows from my tivo roamio basic. This time In history/deleted theres no sign of the missing shows. If like before then they only showed there for a few hours and I missed that time window so now I have no way of knowing all the shows that were deleted. This time which makes this all the more upsetting is that from my shows list- there are still manual deletions that show that can be recovered that mean my hardrive wasn't even full and it still deleted at least 10 hours of shows unnecessarily. And even worse it hides those shows in the history settings so I cant know what they all were to reschedule them. :(
