I would like to connect my garage tv to a mini but there is no ethernet or cable outlet. I've read through a lot of the the threads here and I'm either really confused or really dense so I need your help.
Here's my setup....
Family room (main tv viewing area) Roamio basic connected wirelessly.
Man Cave (basement) Series 3 connected wirelessly.
Office Series 3 connected to ethernet.
I can't move the Roamio to the office for the ethernet connection because the Roamio has a very high approval rating by the wife who is technologically challenged.
So can I...
1) Connect the Roamio and Tivo mini each with a wireless ethernet bridge and have them both work?
2) I have a powerline adapter laying around. Can it hook it to the Roamio and an wireless ethernet bridge to the mini and have it work that way?
3) Is there another option given I have no ethernet nor coax in the garage?
TIA,
JHawk
