One DVR not showing on XL4

I have two roamios plus and basic and a XL4. I can see all the DVRs on all but the XL4 which can only see the plus. If I try the basic it says DVR cannot be found. But it shows on all the minis which I have 6 and the plus. Tried rebooting and forcing connections but did not fix it.
