Roamio plus having problems connecting (service not found) error

I just got a new Roamio Plus (to replace my HD XL, which has no issues)





It can't do a full connection. It fails at several steps, but mainly at the "connecting" and "getting info".



I have a Netgear WNDR3700v2 router.

I tried with latest Netgear bios, and even upgraded to DD-WRT bios, to no avail.



I've put the Tivo in the DMZ (to avoid any port opening, etc). all with same results.



I've rebooted, reset, and even unplugged all devices from my network, and nothing seems to work.



customer service was not able to help either (after 2 hours w/ them).



When I do a network test, it connects to the internet, it gets account info, but doesn't complete and fails.



I've seen error codes: N07, N17, and other I don't recall.



I've tried both Ether and Wifi connections, each with DHCP and Static Information



Everything with similar results.

The only way it worked is if I remove the router and plug it directly to the cable modem. Hence why I've reset, even flashed, the router.



did anyone have success with same router? Or has anyone overcome similar problem? any recommendations would be much appreciated.
