I've encountered a problem I've never seen before:
I'm trying to enter a season pass for "This Old House". No matter what I do, when I click "Get a season pass" I get a spinner for several seconds, and then it returns to the same menu. I don't get the popup that says the season pass has been saved. (And it hasn't been saved.)
I've tried coming at it different ways - from Search, and by selecting Record while in the guide. Makes no difference. I also restarted the tivo (a Roamio) and that didn't help.
I tried adding passes for other programs and they work fine. It is just this program that has the problem.
Note that I already have an old season pass for "The This Old House Hour", and it is working, but doesn't seem to get the new season. (I guess they aren't packaging the new season with Ask This Old House - that is the reason for the new season pass.) I don't see how this could interfere with the new pass, but I also can't think of anything else that would make this particular pass fail.
