I just took advantage of the $99 lifetime service offer on our Premiere, which we have already replaced with a Roamio OTA. The TiVo is already listed on eBay and the auction ends in two days.
After I called and paid to accept the lifetime upgrade offer, it appears it will not take effect until a full month from now, showing up as "scheduled plan":
The support section of the TiVo site says you must call and have the box removed from your account before transferring to a new owner. Will I be able to do this before shipping the premiere to the winning bidder if the lifetime service is still a future scheduled plan?
