Have a Tivo Premiere XL (4 Tuner Model) that was purchased directly from Tivo in November 2013 with Lifetime service.
Everything was working fine until Sunday 1/4 when while recording three shows simultaneously, the Tivo rebooted. When the reboot finished, an error T63 appeared that the service needed to be activated.
I tried (re)activating it via online and could not as the message stated the account was already active. I have manually reconnected to the Tivo service at least 10 times now over the past couple days and each time it seems to receive a payload and load/organize it . After multiple restarts, it keeps showing the same error.
I have called Tivo Customer Support twice and each time they walked me through the basics and finally have opened a trouble ticket. While waiting for a response (indicated to be 3 to 5 business days), has anyone else encountered this situation?
