UPS issue with Tivo Slide Remote

Anyone else having an issue with their order?



When I called Tivo they said there was a huge shipment that went out that got lost by UPS.



I got a call by UPS today, but wasn't able to pick up. They left a message but didn't leave a number I could call back on a weekend.
