V52 error on 3 channels, same SDV frequency

I'm on a Time Warner system and by Premiere gives a V52 error trying to tune 26 (weather radar), 359 (C-SPAN), or 115 (INN) on either tuner. These channels, according to the DVR diagostics page, have the common characteristic that their program streams are carried on 93000 khz QAM channel.



The dweebs at TWC don't know how to do anything but schedule a truck roll. Very frustrating.
