Having problem connecting Samsung Soundbar to Tivo Series 3 remote (blue tooth or standard) Sound codes in the TIVO Menu are for Samsung Receivers and therefore do not work. Any suggestions in controlling the volume on the Samsung Bar? Note: I have a Samsung TV connected to the sound bar via the digital optical cable. The HDMI is being used to connect the Samsung DVD player.

Samsung soundbar model HW-HM45
Samsung TV (62016203 model#) Tivo to TV via HDMI (port 2), Digital Optical cable to Samsung Sound Bar.
Samsung DVD player connected via the HDMI to port 1
TIVO remote works power on the TV (but not the sound bar). For volume, I am currently using the Sound bar remote. Would like to use TIVO remote to control everything. Codes 0305,0092, 1197,1198,1199 do not work.
Help greatly appreciated as TIVO tech support was unable to help. Samsung tech support could not help either.
