How much can be saved by limiting, but not eliminating, Comcast?

I stupidly have had my head in the sand for the past 2 years with respect to my Comcast account. Everything has worked fine, the wife pays the bills, so I haven't bothered to check what I've actually been paying. If you asked me yesterday, I would have guessed around $200/month. Turns out that for over 18 months, I've been paying about $280/month. Totally my fault. Here's what I get for my money:

Phone (I own the modem)
Blast! internet (I own the modem and router)
Cable card for Series 3 Tivo
Comcast DVR
Comcast digital box
2 additional basic converters
I am on the "Digital Premier" package, which I guess means that I get most premium channels.

While my family is nowhere near ready to cut the cord, I will be replacing the Series3 with a Roamio Plus, and the DVR and digital box with 2 minis. Not knowing the separate charges for those items because Comcast's bills just lump everything together, am I going to save any real money by ditching their 2 boxes? Clearly I need to call, complain and get myself into a better deal, but it ticks me off that their deals will run 6-12 months, then it's up to me to do it all again lest I forget and the bills automatically go up again.

So what do you pay for Comcast Triple Play if your devices are Tivo? I have no doubt that I'm getting hosed, but just how badly?
