Need Advice on Bolt with Charter Cable

Hi all, I need some help. I have been living on the side of a mountain for the last 2 years with no Internet (accept my phone). I am now back in the land of the living and in Charter Cable territory. I don't currently have TV or WiFI and was thinking about just stopping by the Charter office to see if I could sign up and get what I need.

I'm clueless as to technology over the past couple years (and I used to be right on it). I already have a Bolt in my hand that I ordered. What specifically do I need to get now or what specifically do I need to ask Charter for? I have read conflicting posts regarding a TA or now one doesn't have to use a TA etc.

I am on limited data with my phone and it gets tedious only being able to do research on a little screen. But...I need to get this Bolt up and going soon because my husband AND I are dying for some TV. Right now we've been about 2 weeks with nothing.

So can you all help me out? Thank you.
