30 minute buffer not working?

Anyone else having this issue? Everything records and plays back fine, but sometimes the 30 minute buffer doesn't work for all tuners. Like right now, 2 of the 6 tuners are not saving the buffer.

Just curious if this is a widespread thing before I try to contact tivo. It's a roamio pro if that matters.
