Anyone know if TWC in Berea, KY uses SDV?

I'm moving to Berea, KY this fall and see that this area is served by TWC. After doing some research, it appears that TWC uses SDV in most areas, however I've also read that Berea isn't currently using SDV.

Can anyone confirm either way?
