Bolt: Icons and art missing

For about a month or so, my Bolt has been missing the icons for streaming services (just blank, no Netflix, Xfinity, YouTube, etc) The services work, just missing icons. Also, the banner on Tivo Home is missing the correct cover art for the suggested shows along the top.

I tried changing DNS settings, from Google to OpenDNS to the router IP. Nothing brings them back. Any ideas?
