Comcast Tivo On Demand error code SRM-901F

Just when I thought my problems were behind me...

Im trying to access comcast's video on demand with my roamio - cablecard is paired successfully... and I have been using VoD for the past 2 weeks, but today out of the blue, Im getting the error message SRM-901F.

Specifically, it says "a subscription for this channel is required to view this program. for ordering info, place call 800 xfinity. or visit comcast.com/help we're pathetic and sorry... error srm-901F."

what i have done:

rebooted tivo
unplugged and plugged cable card back in
called customer service twice - both times i was transfered to the tivo corporation???

any ideas what to do here? So far, Comcast is living up to my expectations...
