What would cause the "DATA NUMBER" to change once a unit has been installed? I have been having a issue with my systems (1-BOLT and 3-Roamio's) where the "DATA" number is not locking in causing me to loose (some) programming packages. Everything was working just fine till a lightening strike which took out the 'NODE' next to my assigned 'NODE'. Every time the TIVO's reboot (cold or warm) the assigned "DATA NUMBER" changes and I have to call into COX and have them update my customer service account. On one of my Roamio's even updating the "DATA NUMBER" I am not getting all programming. Its really strange when I am getting the channels on either side of tuner and they are not switched video channels! It is summer thunder storm time and I loose power on a regular basis (not only due to lightening, wind, but also bad drivers hydroplaning into utility polls knocking out all sort of services (as I type this over 50% of my city may be knocked off the grid due to storm damage!).
**All Tivo's, Tuner Adapters, Cable Modems & Routers are on APC battery back up, but that only lasts for two hours at the most! Average power restore by local utility has been 12 hours**
