I've hidden the Amazon app, how do i get it back?

Never thought I'd consider amazon, but with the Netflix price increase, thought I might try amazon.
However, I have "hidden/deleted" it from my menu, and I can't figure how to get it back. I'm sure it's simple, but it has eluded me.
