OnePasses continue to record after channel deselected

I recently cut the cord and now only get OTA channels. However, I don't want to delete all my cable OnePasses, as I may want to re-subscribe at some point and wouldn't want to have to recreate all the OnePasses. So I went into settings and deselected all the channels that I no longer get, thinking this would cause the OnePasses not to record. But it's been about a month now and all my cable OnePasses continue to show up in my To Do List and I have to keep going in and canceling them.

How do I fix this issue? Why would my TiVo be scheduling recordings on channels I've told it I don't get?
