OOH streaming needs reconnect after a few days

Hi. I have a bolt, and an iPad running app version 3.7.2. I travel a lot for work, and I doing the OOH streaming. I find after a day or two on the road, the OOH stops working, all the options are greyed out and asks me to do the streaming setup as if it wasn't done before. When I get home, I usually notice that the bolt isn't able to connect to the TiVo service. I can manually go connect it through the menu, then I can setup the streaming again on my iPad. I repeat this cycle almost weekly, and would like a permanent solution.

TiVo support has been very disappointing to me. Every time I call, they ask me to do the same steps, uninstall the app, and reinstall the app, but never really resolve the issue permanently. Has anyone experienced this? Any help is most appreciated. I did a few searches, and didn't see anyone with a similar issue.
