Pixelation on Bolt only when MoCA is on

I've searched a bit for this but can't find any threads with my exact issue. I have one Bolt and one Mini. Everything works fine but for one thing. When the MoCA network is enabled on the Bolt I start getting pixilation and drop outs on most channels - on the Bolt. The MoCA network seems fine. If I play something on the Mini that is pixilation free it plays perfectly on the Mini. But most channels look terrible on the Bolt when MoCA is on. SNR and signal strength stay the same regardless of whether MoCA is on.

I do have the point of entry filter installed. I have read about MoCA rated splitters. But I thought I would check here to see if I was missing something before I purchase new splitters.
