Triniticomm nuclius IPTV Device coming in August?

I came across this device that is suppose to truly allow us to cut the cord but is this device the real deal. The device definitely beats all other streaming devices sine it supposedly allow customers to also view live TV. by the way, subscriptions starts as low as $19.95 for 150 Channels up to $49.95 for 500+ Channels including all premium channels folks. A new updated enhanced website have been developed that is suppose to launch around the same time the device is launched to the public. Is this to good to be true.
